We’ve worked with Cashelmara Beachfront Apartments for years! In 2022, Anthony and Wendy took over the business, and brought us on board to modernise their online presence.

Utilising a retainer model alongside an initial development fee, we worked together over the ensuing three years to drive Cashelmara’s online presence. This meant regular, ongoing shoots, consistent online website and OTA channel management, and social media management.

Each month, we’d provide the pair with a breakdown of what we planned to post on their social channels over the coming month, along with captions, hashtags, etc.

Whenever an owner renovated an apartment, or a new property joined the letting pool, we shot down and captured it in high res imagery for OTAs, website and social. This was on top of our regularly scheduled shoots with the team - capturing not just the amazing Cashelmara itself, but all the elements of coastal life, from beach fun to the swathe of restaurants and bars that are popping up in Burleigh Heads and surrounds.

The couple recently sold the business to a new owner, but by ensuring their online presence was beautiful, modern and set up for success, they undoubtedly drove a higher price for their business.

We’ll miss the wonderful Cashelmara squad, but are thrilled that the pair achieved success in their dreams of not only owning management rights on the Gold Coast, but selling them for the price they wanted also!
