‘Out of the mud, into the future’ - St Joseph’s Nudgee College Campaign Film

This project challenged us to create an emotional film around a deceptively simple idea: football fields.

Rather than focus purely on facilities, we explored what those spaces represented to generations of students and alumni; friendship, growth, memory, and identity.

Shot across multiple sunrise sessions to achieve the right atmosphere and visual tone, the film featured interviews with prominent alumni including Chris Latham, Mitchell Swepson, and ParkRun founder Tim Oberg. Through a relaxed and conversational interview process, we focused on drawing out authentic memories and emotional reflection — transforming what began as a brief centred around sporting fields into a story about belonging, identity, and legacy.

A high-energy event film designed to capture the atmosphere, excitement, and scale of the college’s Open Day experience. From tours and classroom showcases through to performing arts, sport, and community interactions, the film was crafted to immerse prospective families in the energy and culture of the day.

St Ignatius primary school brand film

This film was designed to help prospective families understand not just what St Ignatius offers, but what it feels like to be part of the school community. Combining cinematic visuals with honest and emotionally driven interviews, the project positioned the school as a welcoming and deeply connected learning environment.

Produced in 2023, this project centred on capturing the voices and experiences that define St Ignatius. Through carefully structured interviews and immersive campus visuals, the film communicated the school’s identity during an important period of growth and transition within the local education market.

Shot across multiple terms and school events, this brand film was designed to capture the full rhythm and personality of Ascot State School throughout the year. Working closely with staff, we identified the emotional core of the story and documented the moments that best reflected the school’s community and culture.

This project focused heavily on authenticity and generational connection. Alongside capturing major moments such as the school swimming carnival, we incorporated the story of a family whose connection to the school stretched across multiple generations — creating a great reflection on community legacy and belonging.
